De Iomega eGo Portable Hard Drive heeft een stijlvol uiterlijk en is voorzien van een USB 3.0 aansluiting, waarmee data tot wel 10x zo snel wordt gekopieerd als met USB 2.0! Deze USB 3.0 poort is downwards compatible met USB 2.0, wat inhoud dat het apparaat ook op een USB 2.0 poort kan worden aangesloten (met de snelheid van USB 2.0). Met de 256-bit AES Encrypted Storage Controller kunt u uw harde schijf beveiligen. Ook heeft deze harde schijf een stevige behuizing, waardoor hij beter beschermd is.
