Shipment
Shipment to a Dutch address:
Orders done on a business day before 3 PM CET and on stock can be shipped the same day. When Bank transfer is used as payment method we will wait until the payment is received. Products that or not on stock will be ordered as soon as possible and usually will be shipped within a couple of days. We allways try to keep the stock infomation on our website up-to-date.
Orders are shipped with TNT and usually arrive the next business day.
Choosing shipment method is done in 3 steps:
1. Choose 'TNT Parcel' or 'Store pickup'
2. When 'Store Pickup' is used you can pay by cash or Meastro (PIN) at pickup.
When 'TNT Parcel' is used you can then pay by 'iDEAL', 'Cash On Delivery', 'Bank Transfer' or 'creditcard & PayPal'.
3. Confirm your order.
The shipping charge for the Netherlands is € 5,-
Shipping to destinations outside the Netherlands:

Shipping costs depend on the weight and start at 15.00 EUR. When checking out the shipment will be calculated befóre you confirm the order.
If you choose to pay with Creditcard a transaction fee of 3% will be charged. For iDEAL (dutch bank accounts only) or Bank Transfer no fee is charged.
Companies located outside the Netherlands can order VAT-Free. To do this we need your VAT number (can be entered when creating an account). The shipment address needs to be the address corresponding to your VAT number.
Payment
iDEAL payment (Dutch bank accounts only)
If you have a dutch bank account with internet banking of one of the banks presented in the iDEAL dropdown list, you usually can pay with iDEAL. No signup is needed. If you pay by iDEAL you will be redirected to your bank website as soon as you confirm the order on our website. You can complete the payment in your trusted bank environment. We are immidiately notified by your bank and therefor we can ship right away.

Pay in Advance (Bank Transfer)
You can transfer the total of your order to our bank account. Please use our ordernumber in the description. This ordernumber can be found in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after ordering.
When you didn't receive a confirmation (technical problems, spamfilter) then you can login on our website and you will find the order in your order history.
Please note that it can take up to four business days until we receive your payment.

Creditcard
For creditcard payments we use the worldwide known and trusted pay-service of 'Paypal', which is part of the eBAY company.
For creditcard payments a 3% orderfee is charged.
You don't need a PayPal account to be able to pay. To pay without account you can click on the link like shown in the green box in the image below.
Cash on Delivery (Dutch addresses only)
When you choose Cash on Delivery you pay the total amount to the parcel service at delivery. This is cash only. Cash on Delivery shipments are delivered on business days only.
For Cash on Delivery shipment we charge a 8 EUR fee.
Maestro / PIN payment (at store pickup)
When you choose to pickup the order you can pay by PIN or cash.
Please note: We have no regular store. Only orderes from our website can be picked up.
