Synology DS212j

De DS212j is het 2-bay model uit de j(unior) serie van Synology. Deze NAS server bevat een 1.2 Ghz CPU en 256 MB werkgeheugen en is daarmee perfect in staat alle functies uit te voeren die van een thuis NAS server verwacht worden. De j versie van Synology is gericht op laag stroomverbruik, stil design en betrouwbaarheid. Daarnaast biedt de DS212j ondersteuning voor Synology Hybrid RAID, Basic, JBOD, RAID0 en RAID1 waarmee gegevens extra snel of extra veilig opgeslagen kunnen worden.

Alle Synology NAS servers hebben nagenoeg dezelfde functionaliteit, dus ook de DS212j kan dienen als Mailserver, FTP server, Webdav server, Webserver, Mediaserver, Photo website etc.
