Sharkoon QuickPort XT HC Pro

Docking Station, Front Hub and Card Reader in One
The Sharkoon QuickPort XT HC PRO is a docking station in a timeless matte black coating, which easily connects a 3.5" hard drive or a 2.5" SSD to a PC, notebook or Mac via USB 3.0. Simply insert the hard drive, connect the QuickPort and turn on the computer. Access the data instantly and without having to install any software beforehand. A status LED on the front indicates data transfer. The QuickPort XT HC PRO offers, not just convenient connection of hard drives, but also has on the front an integrated hub with two USB 3.0 interfaces and a SD card reader.

Powerful and Efficient
The two front hub USB 3.0 interfaces, plus the SD card reader, provides a data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s. The QuickPort itself connects through an included USB 3.0 (type A plug to type B plug) to a computer. Power is supplied via an also included power adapter. To save power, the QuickPort will turn itself off after 30 minutes of inactivity thanks to its convenient sleep mode. If no hard drive is inserted, a spring-loaded flap protects the inner workings from dust.
