If you encounter a problem with one of our products please contact us by mail or phone. We will first try to solve the problem directly. If the problem cannot be solved directly, we will send you an e-mail with return instructions. You can then return the product to us according to the instructions. After recieving the product we will check it and repair or replace it when needed. Only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced it will be send back to the manufacturer. If the problem is encountered within one month after recieving the product we will take care of the costs for returning the product (within the Netherlands only). If the problem is encountered later the costs for returning the product are for the customer. We allways try to send back the repaired or replaced product within 5 working days.
As long as your order hasn't been shipped you can easily and without any costs cancel it. Please contact us for cancelling. After your order has been shipped it can offcourse still be returned.
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will try to solve it. If we are unable to solve the complaint you can lodge the complaint at Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP te Den Haag (www.sgc.nl).
